API Connection
There are several ways for data to get to Conveyorware. The link below outlines the process for connecting sales orders from an outside file to the order file within Conveyorware using an API.

FTP Process
Sending data to Conveyorware via FTP can also be completed, but may take more time and money than using the API feature provided above. Order file feeds can be set up for real time, daily, weekly or monthly feeds, whatever fits your business plan best.

In addition, during the initial set up of your company, you can send inventory records (ex: stock numbers, descriptions, weights, UPCs etc.) via FTP to Conveyorware, saving you time and money in setting up your stock or inventory records.

United Parcel Service (UPS)
Conveyorware hosts UPS within the software. This means that you will not need to import data to a UPS system or UPS software. Both packages are “hosted” in Conveyorware. You will need to enter your United States UPS account number and connect a UPS label printer (see Recommended Hardware in the Quick Start User Guide.) Your shipping labels will print once your order is finalized in shipping Option 982.

Federal Express (FedEx) / Endicia (USPS)
Federal Express and USPS are not hosted in Conveyorware. Therefore, you will need to “load” or “transfer” the details of your order from Conveyorware into a Federal Express software package or an Endicia software package. The programs for these transfers are currently available from Conveyorware’s technical department IT@conveyorware.com . Please submit a support ticket and request the program of your choice.

Once the transfer program is set up within your software, you will need to access the program using a unique user login and password for your environment:
